Birdman and a large entourage, to include his 18 year old concubine wife, were arrested for having drugs and a small arsenal in their RV. Really? I think they should’ve been arrested for driving and crossing state lines while ugly………….

According to the Associated Press, the Cash Money Records founder and his entourage were pulled over in Kingsport, Tenn. after their RV made an improper lane change, forcing a tractor trailer into the emergency lane on Interstate 81.

Kingsport Police Cpl. Tim Horne said that after stopping the vehicle he could smell marijuana coming from inside the rented RV. He said that after obtaining consent to search the vehicle, he found about a pound of marijuana in a trash can in the RV’s kitchenette.

The group was traveling from New Orleans.

All 16 people were charged with possession of more than ½ ounce of marijuana, including Williams, 38, his wife Brittany, 18, his brother, Cash Money co-founder Ronald Williams, 43, and 13 others.

Among the Cash Money affiliates arrested were road manager Shahid Muhammad, 40, Cash Money Records promoter Casey Collins, 42, and music promoter Ovide Antoine, 32, of Miami, Fla.

Also found in the RV were an assault rifle, a handgun and a magazine for a .45-caliber handgun. Although no weapons charges have been filed, The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms is now involved in the investigation.

Birdman and his clique were still in jail as of late Tuesday night.

In a shower somewhere Lil’ Wayne is curled up in the fetal position crying for his Birdman.

Federal prosecutors plan to introduce T.I.’s prior arrests for possession of illegal firearms, ammunition and silencers as evidence in his upcoming federal weapons trial. According to the Associated Press, the U.S. Attorney’s office made their intentions known in a motion filed today in U.S. District Court in Atlanta. All of Tip’s prior weapons charges came after he had already been convicted of a felony. The first incident occurred on December 22, 2001 when the rapper was arrested under the false name Douglas Morgan for possession of a 9mm pistol. He was not convicted in that case. Almost a year later, on November 1, 2002, Tip was arrested and eventually convicted for carrying a 10mm pistol. Finally, on December 18, 2004, police executed a search warrant at his Fulton County home and discovered a firearm with an attached silencer, ammunition and pictures of the rapper holding weapons. Tip was convicted of felony drug charges when he was 17 and sentenced to 7 years probation. He later violated the terms and ended up serving a short jail sentence. T.I. is currently free on a $3 million bond and under house arrest for charges stemming from an October 13 federal weapons sting.

TMZ obtained Trey Songz mugshot from his arrest over the weekend.

Cops booked Songz, whose real name is Tremaine Neverson, for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Springfield PD tells TMZ that officers were investigating a shot fired in the parking lot after the Songz show, when the singer tried to insert himself into the crime scene investigation. When asked by police to butt out, he responded with, “Don’t you know who I am?!” Obviously not.

I KNOW they didn’t know who the hell he was. It looks like Trey got caught up in this week’s “N*gga Moment.” I thought cats stopped doing that after 5-0 started beating and macing cats for approaching them……..

Awww Black Doodlebop T.I. must feel so good to be out of jail. Sandra Rose is reporting that he was released today on $3 Million bail. He is on house arrest for sure however.

Clifford Harris, aka T.I., will be confined to the new mansion he paid over $3 million for last year. The mansion located in Jonesboro, is a 3-story 6 bedroom, 8 bath mansion that sits on 1.7 acres offering stunning lake views, a swimming pool, dock and boathouse. It will afford him more room and luxury than the smaller residence that the feds ran up in 2 weeks ago in search of guns.

Sandra reports that he will be back in court in about a week, so his freedom may be short lived. Whatever, I hope he makes the best of this situation and does something positive with this situation.

It appears as though things will get worse before they get better for T.I. and his family. The rapper appeared in court with his lawyers to request bail and house arrest. Judge Baverman was not having it.

Rapper T.I.’s request to be released on bond was denied today by U.S. Magistrate judge Alan Baverman. T.I., whose real name is Clifford Harris, Jr., was also arraigned on federal gun charges today where he entered a plea of not guilty, as was expected.

The judge was ready to release T.I. under house arrest (as I reported) but T.I. and his attorneys did not meet the specific conditions of bond release today, which included a $3.7 million cash and property bond, a private alarm monitoring company with an employee of the alarm company living on the property, Tiny can be the only adult living on the property (in addition to T.I., the adult monitor and T.I.’s children) and T.I. must submit to twice weekly drug testing.

The next hearing is scheduled for next Friday. If T.I. and his attorneys meet these requirements, T.I. will be released under house arrest with very strict conditions.

Things aren’t looking good for short-stop rapper T.I. He was in court at 3 pm in Atlanta where he was denied bail. He will remain in jail.

Rapper T.I. appeared in the Federal Courthouse in Atlanta for the first time today at 3:00 PM on weapons charges and has been ordered held without bail.

T.I., born Clifford Harris Jr., had his hands cuffed and his legs chained as he entered the packed courtroom.

His lawyers unsuccessfully sought bail for the rapper, which was denied by U.S. Magistrate Judge Alan Baverman.

His lawyers are looking to fully exonerate him and are confident that Judge Baverman will set a reasonable bond. The courtroom was standing room only, with some having to wait outside. His family was also at the hearing. His lawyers go up to bat for him again on Friday. Yeah, good luck with that.

Way to go, Michelle! I know this is late but I had to post it. Michelle Rodriguez was sentenced to 6 months in jail on Wednesday for violating her probation. She also falsified her community service paperwork alleging that she did it, when she did not.

Rodriguez was on three years probation after pleading no contest to hit-and-run, driving on a suspended license and drunken driving in connection with two incidents in Hollywood in 2003.

She violated her probation when she was arrested in Hawaii on a drunken driving charge in 2005.

Rodriguez was ordered to spend 60 days in jail, but served less than a day because of jail overcrowding in May 2006. She was then ordered to perform community service and remain on probation until June 2009.

I don’t see why she didn’t do her community service. It’s not like she had work anyway. She did a voice over for the Halo video game series and that’s about it right? *SMDH*

Michael Chin Lenahan, 29, was charged with murder - and later screamed an obscenity at photographers as detectives escorted him, handcuffed, from the 5th Precinct stationhouse.

Lenahan and the woman, who was identified by police sources as Lorna Santiago, began their date Saturday night with dinner among friends at a restaurant on Third Ave.

The group then went to Rick’s Cabaret, a strip club on W. 33rd St., before the couple returned to the Confucius Plaza apartment that Lenahan shares with his elderly grandmother, police said.

Lenahan and Santiago had sex that night but fought the next day, police sources said.

Their violent argument ended when Lenahan - a New York University dropout struggling to find work as an artist - threw her against a wall and choked her to death, police and the city medical examiner said.

He was turned himself into police later that day. Folks, be careful who you’re smashing.
