I was vibing to one of the MANY remixes to this song on my way to work this morning and thought I would share. The song is actually a perfect of being desperately single and knowing there is someone out there for you. This is the hip-hop remix, but it’s real smooth and jazzy like. I was visiting the comments section of one of my favorite blogs and someone mentioned Playa. I instantly thought of “Cheers 2 U” and HAD to make this the song of the day. “Cheers 2 U” is THAT song! If you don’t know, you better find out. Check out the video here! Who remembers this joint?

This video and song is classic! I still have the album as a matter of fact. The Beatnuts never got enough shine if you ask me but I guess they are doing their thing in Europe. Matter of fact Juju was arrested in Sweden for a fight after one of their gigs! Be careful cats! Don’t let them get under your skin!

I love the wigs, the costumes and dude at the end just dancing like it wasn’t a damned thing. Don’t get me started on the mannequin heads.
