And really there are no words for this. Really! This poor couple is driving along, minding their own business, when a damned heiffer falls out the sky damned near killing them.

A Michigan couple is lucky to be alive after their minivan was hit by a falling cow {<---LMAO BWHAHAHAHAAH!!!!!-Slim} on Sunday.

According to a report in the Wenatchee World newspaper, Charles Everson, Jr. and his wife Linda were driving on Highway 150 about one mile east of Manson in Chelan County when a cow fell about 200 feet off a cliff and landed on the hood of their minivan.

“It was ‘bam’- you just saw something come down and hit the hood,” Everson told the newspaper from a hotel room in Manson.

Everson, 49, and his wife were visiting the area from Westland, Michigan, near Detroit, and were headed back to their hotel after attending a church service.

The newspaper cites Everson saying he didn’t see the animal until it hit and didn’t realize what happened until after the impact.

“I’m like, ‘I don’t believe this, I don’t believe this, I don’t believe this,’” Everson told the newspaper.

Officials said the cow Was a heifer, estimated at weighing about 600 pounds. It had been reported as missing earlier in the day by a breeder in the area.

Yeah the cow was later euthanized. Was this revenge for eating too many burgers recently? LOL Did the cow find her bull cheating on her so she decided to end it all? Maybe she thought she could fly? If I were the couple, I would take that as a sign to be vegetarian. :D

Now why would they want to shut down such a classy joint???

(Is SHE REALLY showing her razor bumps???? *dead*)

Now Tacoma is not the NICEST place in Washington. It has a reputation for being a bit of a “dingleberry” on Washington. It’s not Marcy Projects bad, but it’s not very pretty and for whatever reason everybody that lives there likes to pretend they live in “Compton” or something. SURE, seven of its high schools have a 40% dropout rate AND it has the highest concentration of sexual offenders, but it’s not THAT bad right? *Tumbleweeds* Anyway, is it a surprise they want to shut down one of its clubs?

Tacoma police are trying to shut down a bar where three people were wounded last week in a gang-related shooting.

Police are asking for an emergency suspension of the business and liquor licenses for McCabe’s American Music Cafe.

In the past year there have been 178 calls to McCabe’s for crimes that include fights, rapes and robberies.

NICE! That sounds like a nice place to take your date, yeah? I don’t know WHAT is going on but whoever the animals are that are having clubs shut down in Seattle and Tacoma need to go find a saloon in desert to “go dumb” at. At this rate, we won’t HAVE anything left!

No? Well a 10 year old damned sure was knocking her back out smashing. Yes you read correctly. She was having a sexual relationship with a local Tacoma boy who was only 10 years old. It finally came to a head this Saturday when they ran off together this weekend. He came back but she’s in a whole heap of trouble.

According to KOMO TV:

Jennifer Rice, 31, was arrested Saturday and booked into the Pierce County Jail for investigation of kidnapping, five counts of first-degree child rape, and four counts of child molestation.

On Monday she pleaded not guilty in Pierce County Superior Court to a charge of kidnapping with sexual motivation, and prosecutors said more charges will follow.

Tacoma police spokesman Mark Fulghum said Rice was working as a contract teacher at McKinley Elementary School earlier this year and the alleged victim was a student in her class.

The boy’s father told investigators that until about one month ago, Rice had come to their house several times to take the boy to movies, and often talked to him online. The father was concerned about the nature of the relationship and told the woman not to come back, Fulghum said.

On Saturday the man woke up and discovered that his son was not home and his bed had been made to look like he was sleeping.

“So sometime during the early morning hours, he disappeared from the house,” Fulghum said.

According to court documents, Rice told detectives that she picked the boy up, took him out to breakfast and took him to a waterfall.

Rice said she had planned to take him to Idaho, but after police called her the boy asked to be dropped off at his uncle’s house in Puyallup. He planned to make up a story about where he had been and tell his parents he had walked there.

Investigators said that Rice admitted that she raped the boy at a rest stop in Ellensburg before driving him back, and court documents indicate that the two had intercourse several times on previous occasions, including once in the boy’s home.

See they need to fix the wording a little. From what I am reading he was down to smash so is it really a rape in the context of it being forced? It sure is statutory rape but he left with her to go smash. Hell he smashed in his HOUSE!!!

If I were his mother and father, I’d beat her down to the ground like a rabid LAPD cop. But after liquefying her vital organs via beatdown, I’d send his little fast self into Tibet to be a Buddhist monk. That’ll show him.

And the parents were dead wrong for letting this woman take their son ANYWHERE. What? Are they naive? *SMDH*

This story aptly gets my “Seattle Screw” tag. Pun intended……….

Healthcare insurance hikes and now this??? Yup this makes the Seattle Screw for this week!

Puget Sound Energy ratepayers should expect a 13.2 percent increase in their monthly electricity bills triggered by a federal court ruling earlier this month.

That ruling by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals questioned the legality of Bonneville Power Administration payments to Puget Sound Energy (PSE) and other investor-owned Northwest utilities that collectively serve some 60 percent of the region.

Regence started notifying all the enrollees/plan members that their premiums will go up 19% (Good LAWD that’s a lot of money!) in July. For some, depending on age, they’ll actually end up having a 40% increase after it’s all tallied up. Now Regence is not the only insurance going up, but theirs is the steepest jump. SERIOUSLY.

Regence BlueShield on Tuesday began notifying 137,000 individual-plan customers that their premiums are rising an average of 19 percent in July in the steepest increase for individual plans this year by a Washington health insurer.

And for 16,000 of those enrollees, the rate increase will total 40 percent because they also happen to be moving into an older, more expensive age group.

The rate jump is a sharp change from last year, when Regence proposed — then rescinded — raising premiums by 5 percent. Since leaving the rates unchanged last July, Regence has gained 30,000 new customers, bringing its total individual members to 137,000.

The rate boost does not apply to people who buy their coverage through employer plans or small-group plans. But both Regence’s rate reversal last year and the size of this latest premium increase have outraged Washington Insurance Commissioner Mike Kreidler, who accuses the insurer of a bait-and-switch.

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse…it does. The news did a story to where Americans aren’t simply going across the border for meds, they are going across the pond to Europe for hospital care to include inpatient assistance. THAT IS BANANAS! *SMDH* I’m foreseeing a lot more incidents where “Get the ‘Tussin” is uttered, or perhaps medieval cures by witch doctors.
“Mom I broke my leg!! My bone’s sticking out and hand is lying parallel to my arm!!!”
“Get some dragon root from Rollo on Rainier Ave, the ‘Tussin, and some Motrin and you’ll be aight!”
