WTF is wrong with these people jumping into water over car theft? They still probably haven’t found the 17 year old local kid who jumped into the Green River and drowned a few weeks ago after he was caught in a stolen car.

What a way to go huh? That’s a closed casket funeral.

Eyewitnesses said they were shouting to the man to swim back to shore. When the man finally spotted the alligator, eyewitnesses said he screamed but then disappeared under the water.

The alligator and another smaller one were later trapped and brought to All American Gator in Pembroke Park.

Local 10 learned the larger alligator was well known on the reservation and employees had nicknamed it Poncho.

If an alligator either digests or kills a person it’s a state law through Florida Fish and Wildlife that it be destroyed, so the alligator will be put in an incinerator or be buried, Tongen reported.

All American Gator Owner Brian Wood said he’s been told to keep the alligator in storage until the Miami-Dade medical examiner can inspect the reptile.

“Some gators have a nasty disposition and he was a nasty gator. He seemed to have no fear of people which indicates that he was fed,” said Wood.

The body was recovered Friday by divers 50 feet below at the bottom of the lake.

OCTOBER 11–The mother of a two-year-old Wisconsin boy shared a marijuana blunt with her child as friends laughed, filmed the child smoking, and asked, “Hey buddy, are you stoned?” Krystle Leigh Weber, 20, was charged yesterday along with two male friends with pot possession and contributing to the delinquency of a minor (Weber was also hit with a child neglect rap, also a misdemeanor). According to a Circuit Court complaint, after a confidential source told police about the smoking incident, cops seized a cell phone from defendant Sean Held, 19, and discovered three videos of the August incident. On the clips, the boy is seen holding and apparently puffing on a blunt, and “staggering around a bedroom in what appears to be a confused and altered state.” In a police interview, Weber, who is pictured above in a Menomonee Falls Police Department mug shot, said that she initially rejected Held’s suggestion to have her son “hit it,” but eventually relented and agreed to let the two-year-old take a “small one.” The complaint notes that Weber told police that she “knew what she did was wrong, and she would do anything to keep her son.” (4 pages)

Michael Chin Lenahan, 29, was charged with murder - and later screamed an obscenity at photographers as detectives escorted him, handcuffed, from the 5th Precinct stationhouse.

Lenahan and the woman, who was identified by police sources as Lorna Santiago, began their date Saturday night with dinner among friends at a restaurant on Third Ave.

The group then went to Rick’s Cabaret, a strip club on W. 33rd St., before the couple returned to the Confucius Plaza apartment that Lenahan shares with his elderly grandmother, police said.

Lenahan and Santiago had sex that night but fought the next day, police sources said.

Their violent argument ended when Lenahan - a New York University dropout struggling to find work as an artist - threw her against a wall and choked her to death, police and the city medical examiner said.

He was turned himself into police later that day. Folks, be careful who you’re smashing.

Aggravated assault charges have been filed against a church deacon and University of Oklahoma Sooners fan after officials say he grabbed a University of Texas fan between the legs during a scuffle in an Oklahoma bar.

A couple of months before the annual Red River Shootout between the Sooners and Longhorns, words were exchanged at Henry Hudson’s Pub between Allen Beckett, 53, and Brian Thomas. Witnesses said it was because Thomas was wearing a UT T-shirt.

Neither Thomas or Beckett chose to comment, but the police report described what happened to the victim, including graphic details about his injuries that included a torn scrotal sack with partially exposed testicles.

Beckett’s attorney, Billy Bock, said his client’s actions were in self-defense.

“Sure, he’s an OU fan. Not necessarily an overboard die-hard OU fan, but he certainly admits he said something in a joking fashion to the guy about his Texas T-shirt. The guy got offended. He said he was sorry,” said Bock.

Bock said the apology apparently wasn’t enough for the Texas fan and the man then approached his client. He said his client then grabbed the man in self-defense.

“The guy came over his other shoulder, and basically said, ‘I’m getting ready to kick your you-know-what.’ He said he felt threatened and he did what he thought he needed to do and grabbed him and left the bar,” said Bock

Rapper/actor Mos Def will travel to Jena, Louisiana to hold a rally for the Jena 6. The story of the six black teens who are facing pumped up charges for a fight has spread through the internet like a wildfire, sparking protests about how the case is being handled. I love that dude!

The six students have been charged, many say unfairly, with attempted murder for an assault on a white student who used racial slurs against the group. That incident stemmed from an earlier confrontation with another group of white students who hung three nooses from a “white only” tree in the yard of the local school. Activists and concerned citizens across the country have come to the defense of the African-American students, saying the charges—which could lead to sentences of 20 to 100 years in prison—are excessive and discriminatory. Mos Def is calling on influential African-Americans to join him in Jena, or otherwise show support for the six students.

I didn’t want to get into the Jena 6 on my blogs because I felt a lot of other blogs like What About Our Daughters and such did an EXCELLENT job of getting it out there, and to be quite honest, I didn’t want to put my two cents in because Lord knows when something like this happens I fall the f*ck out.

Rappers want to talk about being “hood” and being for their “n*ggas” but they can’t hold their own people down when they need it? No? Well a 10 year old damned sure was knocking her back out smashing. Yes you read correctly. She was having a sexual relationship with a local Tacoma boy who was only 10 years old. It finally came to a head this Saturday when they ran off together this weekend. He came back but she’s in a whole heap of trouble.

According to KOMO TV:

Jennifer Rice, 31, was arrested Saturday and booked into the Pierce County Jail for investigation of kidnapping, five counts of first-degree child rape, and four counts of child molestation.

On Monday she pleaded not guilty in Pierce County Superior Court to a charge of kidnapping with sexual motivation, and prosecutors said more charges will follow.

Tacoma police spokesman Mark Fulghum said Rice was working as a contract teacher at McKinley Elementary School earlier this year and the alleged victim was a student in her class.

The boy’s father told investigators that until about one month ago, Rice had come to their house several times to take the boy to movies, and often talked to him online. The father was concerned about the nature of the relationship and told the woman not to come back, Fulghum said.

On Saturday the man woke up and discovered that his son was not home and his bed had been made to look like he was sleeping.

“So sometime during the early morning hours, he disappeared from the house,” Fulghum said.

According to court documents, Rice told detectives that she picked the boy up, took him out to breakfast and took him to a waterfall.

Rice said she had planned to take him to Idaho, but after police called her the boy asked to be dropped off at his uncle’s house in Puyallup. He planned to make up a story about where he had been and tell his parents he had walked there.

Investigators said that Rice admitted that she raped the boy at a rest stop in Ellensburg before driving him back, and court documents indicate that the two had intercourse several times on previous occasions, including once in the boy’s home.

See they need to fix the wording a little. From what I am reading he was down to smash so is it really a rape in the context of it being forced? It sure is statutory rape but he left with her to go smash. Hell he smashed in his HOUSE!!!

If I were his mother and father, I’d beat her down to the ground like a rabid LAPD cop. But after liquefying her vital organs via beatdown, I’d send his little fast self into Tibet to be a Buddhist monk. That’ll show him.

And the parents were dead wrong for letting this woman take their son ANYWHERE. What? Are they naive? *SMDH*

Tamika Mallory and a few others representing Al Sharpton’s National Action Network held protests outside of a Virgin record store over the end of the use of the word “n*gger.” That’s cool and all, but instead of crying over stupid sh*t you can’t change, how about Tamika, Al and others who FEED of of black people’s patronage; and at times blind faith, do something about the execution of three black teens in Newark, New Jersey?

How about the mother and son who were beaten, tortured and forced into acts of depravity in Florida???

I only mention this because I saw her picture while searching for celeb photos. This mess irritated me to no end. I’m not like most black people who LOOK to Sharpton to do a damned thing. If y’all knew half the story, you would be disgusted and embarassed at trusting this man. Do the research yourselves. That’s part of enlightenment. But I figure if you are going to stick around, do SOMETHING right for once.

I’ve already written, and you know what? I kindly implore you all to write something, anything to them (via email preferably). While they are out there protesting crap, three families are in mourning. They don’t need to do crap for us, but if they are NOT to do anything, then tell them to get the HELL on.

I first heard about the three college bound teens being murdered execution style yesterday morning. I was saddened and disappointed because they seemed to have their head on straight. I hope the perps are found out and brought to justice. Just killing these kids execution style?? WTF??? But this is as far as it goes. I’m going to be real. I’m not going to capitalize on these kids’ deaths or try to be some martyr. If you stay in the know by WATCHING the damned news or reading it everyday this does not come as a surprise to you.

Go to CNN.com to get your mind right. For me, as a mother, I can’t even BEGIN to fathom losing my son. I just pray that they don’t die in vain.

NOTE TO BET: If you want to talk about “doing better,” maybe you should skewer the rappers YOU SHOW on TV talking about “stop snitching.” Just a thought.
