Uh oh! Britney Spears’ record label, Zomba, is NOT pleased with Perez Hilton leaking her tracks via his blog. In fact, they are suing his ass.

Attorneys for Zomba Recording LLC, which owns the copyrights to Britney Spears’ recordings, filed suit in federal court in Los Angeles today charging the online gossip website PerezHilton.com and its proprietor Mario Lavandeira with illegally obtaining and posting recordings by Spears.

The suit accuses Lavandeira of infringing Zomba’s copyrights by posting at least 10 completed tracks and unfinished demos from Ms. Spears’ upcoming album, “Blackout,” over the past three months. “Blackout” was originally scheduled to be released on Nov. 13 but because of internet leaks, Ms. Spears’ label Jive Records announced yesterday it was moving up the release date to Oct. 30.

Spears herself is not a party to the lawsuit.

“The unauthorized dissemination of recordings is a serious violation of copyright law,” said a Zomba spokesperson. “In addition, posting demos and unfinished songs as if they were final versions is grossly unfair to the artist and misleading to the public.”

Well how do you hide from that????? It’s on the blog! They have proof! I don’t see why they are all that mad at him anyway. The album wasn’t going to sell that much anyway. So all you blogs who had all her sh*t uploaded, HIDE YOUR STASH! The jig is up!

It’s time to factor in a Remington Electric Shaver, a hair stylist and wardrobe stylist, a trainer at Bally’s AND a nutritionist. You’ve got the money PUTO, use it!!!!

DAMN THAT! If your girl was making money from this blogging game like him, they’d call me “Light.” You know why? Because I would be glistening in my nouveau richness and my Moissanitess (I do NOT support diamonds thanks! Okay real talk, I went over to Perez Hilton’s blog today just to see what was up because I don’t know I got bored arguing politics on myspace and wanted to know what my favorite little pig was up to. So much to my chagrin I saw this picture of Sean Penn and Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez . So Sausage Feet McFattridge aka Baby Huey writes that Chavez is evil. Let me break it down for him and his like-minded dummies:

Chavez was democratically elected by the Venezuelan people. There is nothing evil about a man who does not want the IMF and the World Bank (who are notorious for forcing third world countries into high interest loans they KNOW they can’t repay) to come into his country and robbing from his people. The man is simply a nationalist and much like many other countries in the world refuses to bow down to the US. Who cares if he doesn’t? Let him run his country and take care of his people. The man stood up to American corporations.

Quick side fact: The US staged a coup after the Venezuelan people elected Chavez the first time. They almost succeeded but he came back. That’s not very pro-democracy is it?

Perez Hilton needs to stick to blogging about assholes and leave the politics to those of us who actually have brains and education.

Some bloggers are keen to stay incognito for whatever reason, others are not. But I think MOST bloggers are okay to concentrate on skewering, lambasting and debasing haughty, uptight celebrities!!! I know I am! BUT some bloggers, okay just one blogger, Perez Hilton, is about putting his face on everything. But why? He knows he’s not fire. He looks like he smells like feet and pork sausage. He knows this. So why are they giving him a cover with Beth Ditto??????? Mind you, I have no issue with Beth’s weight. I do have an issue with the fact that her face is not on point. So you put her and Perez together…..you’ve just induced vomit in people and nightmares in children. Stay your ass behind the screen!!!

So last winter when I was stuck at work with no holiday time, I trawled the internet looking for gossip and came across several sites like TMZ, Crunk and Disorderly, Bossip, and Perez Hilton. I was an avid fan of all of them and I liked Hilton’s “graffiti” on the pictures of famous celebs. But right about the time that Isaiah Washington was spouting off at the mouth, I noticed that Perez was SUPER pissed at the comments Isaiah made about gays. Fair enough. But when his “muse” Paris Hilton made very incendiary comments about Blacks, Japanese, Jews (basically everybody under the sun who wasn’t White), Perez was very quiet. Where were the calls for her extermination? I was turned off because it appeared that he sold-out and he was less fair and balanced than Fox News (and that’s hard to do). So I stopped reading; feeling he was corrupt. So I found myself on his blog last night, just to see what was going on with Britney Spears ,because that’s one cat he stays on top of. Instead I found this post about Fantasia and Oprah and was disgusted. The comments by Perez Hilton’s loyal “readers” are not a surprise. Most readers know what goes on at his site and he has lost some readership because of it. It surely isn’t enough for him to hang it up just yet, but it’s disturbing that it’s a well-known fact. Yet he does nothing about it. In fact he almost encourages it. Very rarely does he ever do a “post”, say in the way Bossip or Crunk and Disorderly would that has “bangers” or beautiful pictures of minority celebrities. He hates Jessica Alba for a snub according to some of his loyal flock. He seems to have a hard-on for dismantling Fantasia herself. She can do no right. So what’s his problem? I’m not sure, but it sure makes me laugh that a gay Cuban male is all about that type of bullsh!t. He can’t control what comments are left (maybe he can but it seems awfully unrealistic) but he can control his incendiary posts. He just has a way to make the freaks come out. He NEVER seems to find pretty pictures of Fantasia for example, but he only seems to find the unflattering ones. Unfortunately, he can’t even wear his bias well.
