Rapper Jim Jones can add “designer” to his resume with the debut of his Nostic Apparel line. It’s a joint venture between him, his mother (wow…mom is hip) and another partner. So far the site doesn’t have any other options other than men’s t-shirts, but they are obviously looking to expand into women’s and kid’s apparel, jeans, and accessories. The line is supposed to be a reflection of Jim’s rap-rock style as seen in a few of his videos. From what I see the t-shirts are cool, but they are nothing like the shirts he wore in his “Ballin” video which I liked. But the site is obviously new and they are probably still designing a few more items. These are NOT cheap. The tees alone go for $125, which for the current tees, I think is a little overpriced. If they start putting out more of what he had on in the videos, then I can see that. What he has now is righteous, but I could do just as much with a bedazzler and my stuff would only run ya about $10 bucks and a McDonald’s giftcard. However, it has potential and his style is pretty cool. I’m excited about it, and that hoodie that Juelz is wearing is the truth. Here’s a look:
