(He sure does look nerdy right? Like could he have EVER been a drug dealer?)
Anyway this guy is an old drug buddy to Jay-Z from back in the day when Jay lived in the projects. He has no love for Jay at all. He sounds very bitter, especially when he explains how he thought Jay-Z was going to help him out after he did his bid in the pen. He was mistaken. So he basically talks a gang of crap about Jay-Z and I’ve got some excerpts for ya:
“To me Jay‘s a white boy on the inside , no offense to any white boys but to me he’s white boy on the inside and I’m waiting for time to tell what he’s gonna do with the outside of himself ,” Klein continued. “ I’m surprised he should have done himself a favor and pout me on his team . How you gon let Akon pull me in , official Konvict. Akon provided the chance and an opportunity for guys like myself , Jay could have done that out the gate but he didn’t.”“In the 80’s, Jay wasn’t trying to be a drug dealer he was tryna be a rapper but in order for him to transcend himself into this hell of a dude, he had to take characters from the 80’s like myself , said Klein. “ I give him 10% of his life that he talked about; I gotta give him something, [laughs]. He is from Brooklyn, he lived in Marcy Projects, his name is Sean Carter, he got that right.”
This guy is nuts. YOU got in trouble for selling poison to your OWN people. So what if he doesn’t want to help you? That’s like Peter helping Judas after he sold his own for money! Negro please……..
Just let it rest. Sure Jay-Z comes off as bourgeois these days, but I’ll take him over ALL the rappers on the charts right now.
