Nicole Richie caught leaving a nail salon after a manicure and pedicure. But I was just wondering, WHO CARES? Considering her fingers look like death and her bones are sticking out in all the wrong places. Actually is it ever right to have bones sticking out? We went to go see Spider-Man 3 this weekend. I went begrudgingly with one of the other beatniks but by the end of the movie I was happy I went. I mean it was good, but cheesy at times. Kiki Dunst, James Franco and Tobey Maguire all did really well. I really liked James Franco as a real piece of shit you know? Those facial expressions were well executed. Kirsten really played the “screwed over girlfriend” part well and Tobey just stayed cute and personable. I loved him dancing. You know he’s all of like 4′2″ so it was cute. The blonde (or “Gwen”) in the movie was cheesy. I don’t know if she is just genuinely ditzy or just ditzy in the movie, but she was so plain in the sense that she really just didn’t do it for me (or “Peter”). Topher Grace did his best but his acting as a gilted person towards the end didn’t cut it for me. It was alright. It seemed like he hit a brick wall when it came to giving emotion other than wit and sarcasm. The one thing that clouded this movie was the fact that a few months ago Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst really didn’t seem to get along off screen Click here for account .

Is The Stryker….Striking Out At The Mound?
With a number of recent losses, particularly that of 6 American soldiers and a journalist in recent weeks, the Stryker looks like it may be striking out. Military analyst mentioned that the Stryker was conceived out of the conceited notion that new wars would not be guerrilla wars of the nature fought in Iraq. But what we didn’t bank on was the fact that these insurgents cowards are calculating and intelligent enough to study their opposition. Hmmm, something we failed to do.

Now Will You Pass The Bill Bush?
Al-Qaeda says it may have the troops that have gone missing. This week we found out that 3 soldiers had gone missing while we went on a mad dash to find them. I don’t think the outlook is good for this one, do you? We’ve seen them behead countless people that one would consider “marginally” involved (driving trucks, teachers at schools, journalists like Daniel Pearl) get beheaded so it’s highly unlikely these soldiers will be found alive. But I asked myself, if they do find them dead, will Bush move forward with the bill and not veto it? *shrugs* It seems like things will get worse before they get better. Way worse……….

After surveying decades worth of calls and documents, critics believe the LAPD routinely used excessive force. Well what’s new? Whenever a police department has a gang member on their force who’s still active, you’ve got some serious damned problems. These critics are finally putting a stamp of approval to something that’s been going on for years that minorities had been talking about for years. Now will they do something?
